Coordinated School Health March Initiative "Hydrate for Health"
A new month means a new initiative for our GMSD family! This month we'll focus on proper hydration and adequate water in-take. There's a challenge specifically for staff and a separate challenge for students.

Student Challenge:
-Elementary: Students will create their own water themed superhero! Click here for instructions.
-Middle & High: Select any of below options (directions attached to email)
1.)   Make a power point presentation that shows the importance of staying hydrated.
2.)   Make a proposal that explains how our schools can better promote staying hydrated by drinking water.
3.)   Create a short story about staying hydrated and its importance for the human body.

Staff Challenge:
Track your water in-take over the month of March. The link below will take you to our hydrate for health page on the CSH website. There's a Google Form where you'll enter your daily water in-take and resources, such as water in-take calculator and a PDF from YMCA to make tracking your in-take easier.
