Is your child sick or going to be absent? Please be sure you always send an excuse note to our attendance secretary, Ms. McMinn, at fhesattendance@gmsdk12.org.  [You can also find this link on our mobile app!]  

Excuse notes must be received no more than five days after the absence.  

Please make sure you include the following items in the note:

• Your child's name
• The dates of the absence(s)
• The reason for the absence(s)
